the 'RS Devtools' (Rail Simulator Developer Tools) are availible if you register on the RS website, along with the once exclusive trains that some got when they ordered RS from GAME, AND some new scenarios too, and a few other trains! I've had the game since before last crimbo, (early gift!)and think it's great, although at first, when I tried to make a route, all the objects sank into the ground, but that's not going on any more. It's a great game overall. I'm jammydodger on the RS forum.

Yep, kevmt has released some narrow gauge and standard gauge content, and Paul Godber has released a single standard gauge loco.
I don't think you can use them in the demo though. You can get a demo at:

sorry, If I knew, I'd tell you. After all, UKTS is a nightmare! You can register for free but you have to go into a download queue.

Now that KRS has bedded in, how does everyone feel about it?

Initially I thought it showed a lot of promise. It looks good, but processes required for content creation seem quite convoluted.

to be honest i dont even have it installed anymore, i think its pants all the bugs its still got in it,

when it first came out i thought it was good, so user unfriendly, TRS anyday

ditto for creating content, need a degree in rocket science to make stuff...lol

Cheers
Chris

I agree with Chris. I have my eyes set on TC3 that goes gold on 17th-18th May so it wont be long before we have it. And its looks as if its going to leave KRS standing. Just read some of the discription here http://www.n3vrf41l.com/trainz_classics ... 84179653ed

Well for my steam locos I'm going to be releasing updated versions of them to take advantage of the new steam physics and effects system. First thing I will be updating the enginespecs due to the new physics system but locos will also receive an update. First in the que is the O4 Rod, mainly as that will be the easiest to update with new textures and extra features etc. Diesel locos should import in with no problem what so ever.

Rob
